The Socius is a new student housing project located close to Tshwane University of Technology. The project comprises 9 floors of modern, economical, and efficient student housing units. The project is employing several energy-saving technologies, including a PV system, heat pumps supplemented by PV, occupancy sensing, and architectural elements designed to provide all-year suitable temperatures indoors.
