Annadale Social Housing was the construction of Social Housing units for the City of Polokwane. The project comprised the construction of 494 bachelor and family units in walk-up unit configurations. The construction comprised of 11kV medium voltage and low voltage reticulation, high mast area lighting, and building electrical services. The project was completed in September 2021. The total value of electrical work undertaken was R17 million.
