The construction of employee housing for Lonmin Ltd. The construction comprised of 918 bachelor and family units arranged in walk-up unit configuration. The project was undertaken in 3 phases over 4 years from September 2014 to September 2018, and included 11kV medium voltage and low voltage reticulation, as well as building services. The total value of electrical work undertaken was R24 million.
